Hey Guys! I don't know if this has ever happened to you, it's happened to me a ton! So much so, that I wanted to make a video about it as evidence that it does indeed occur. Basically what happens is sometimes when I land a hit on an enemy it will count as a hit, consume my melee, but only do 13 initial damage, instead of the normal damage. Check out the video!
