Yesterday, I accidentally applied my flawless ornament on my Trials boots. Before that, I had to use my Nemesis Star as infusion fuel, despite having an ornament on it. I lost my ornament on my Nemesis Star. Why should I have to lose it? This is a bad design decision on Bungie's part. We should be able to apply ornaments at will, and we should be able to reacquire ornaments when dismantling gear that have an ornament applied. I think that , for exotics, in order to balance it, we should still have to pay Silver Dust to re-apply that ornament. We should also only get our ornaments back ONLY when dismantling the item with the ornament. Un-applying the ornament should NOT give it back to you. Bump to get Bungie's attention!
