I've been been trying to get this resolved for a few months now. I had purchased the Destiny soundtrack over the summer and received the "Earthborn" emblem. The code worked fine and I used it for a couple of weeks until it suddenly vanished from my Kiosk and became unequippable. I've put the link to the image above. I emailed the Bungie store and they replied telling me that they would simply send me another code. A couple of weeks later they just forwarded me the original code that no longer works. I replied telling them that the codes that they forwarded me were simply the codes from the original purchase email and that they did not work anymore. They finally replied telling me to come here and ask around. I'm genuinely feeling burned here. I got out of the Army a few years ago and I've got a few issues I was working through. Getting into Destiny was a game changer for me. It helps me to focus, allows me to be a part of something larger, and just overall makes my life better. I'm not sure I can keep going with a game supported by a developer that seems to have such trouble resolving a simple issue. Or even providing helpful feedback. I've spend countless hours playing Destiny on both PS4 and XB1. I've made purchases through the Bungie store and Eververse. I feel like I've earned, at the very least, a direct response to such a simple issue. I'm on the fence here. I wanted to check with you all though. Has anyone seen anything like this? Does anyone know how to resolve it? I know its not a huge deal, but its just something that stands out to me.
