2 답변I have one with Outlaw, Braced Frame, and Grenadier. It's nothing special. I can see the appeal if you get a Fatebringer-like roll though... Otherwise, there are certainly better hand cannons.

3 답변It really all depends on the perks. It is possible to get it with the Fatebringer rolls minus the Arc damage. So it tickles the Member-berries for some people. There are much better Hand Cannons though.
