Lets talk about this current meta, *sigh* this meta is bad..really bad. We got shottys everywhere and its ridiculous. I know that snipers got nerfed to the ground but that still doesn't really give a reason to start using your shotgun more that your primary. Your primary is the gun you are supposed to use more than your special. Here is a good way to stop this shitty meta: Make Autos actually good again especially the high impact ones. Give hand cannons a decent buff like a range buff NOTHING ELSE. NERF THE SHOTTYS and make fusion or snipers good again. FYI there are sidearms that are good as well pick one up and try it. I recommend The Wormwood

4 답변The meta is the best i have seen so far. Skilled snipers can still dominate. Skilled fusion users know what's up. Shotguns can easely be countered by keeping distance. If you get too close it is all your own fault and the shotgun should always kill you. Even primaries like handcannons and pulses can dominate mid range like they should. Scouts can contest snipers. Auto rifles could use some love even though mid RoF autos are very good and forgiving right now. People who complain are people who don't know how to play and got outplayed or they were simply a victim of lag without knowing it.

2 답변"Snipers got nerfed to the ground"... No... Just no. You just aren't able to headshot a guy after they put 3 rounds in your face, if sniper shoots first and accurately( aka with skill) snipers are still a great option. Aim assist was not nerfed, one shot kills were not nerfed, and you can still res snipe with certain snipers. Sniper is more balanced than ever, and you can see that because so many top tier players still snipe very effectively. Giving snipers flinch when you're shot in the face is not nerfing them into the ground, it's just separating the good snipers from the hard scoping aim assist scrubs.

I think one of the biggest problems is special ammo. It seems very easy for shotgun users to use it as a primary because there is so much ammo. The only way to fix it is to reduce the amount you get per special ammo pickup but I bet that will totally screw pve. I don't think they can separate the two (unlike light level advantages).

작성자: Blooddrunk123 11/3/2016 8:09:37 AMIn my opinion the sniper meta was the worst. Super passive gameplay, matches were decided on who pulled the trigger first in their particular hallway. Primaries are more useful now than they have ever been.

The sniper meta was by far worse. At least with shotguns you are safe at a range. When snipers reigned you weren't safe at any distance. Even 3 meters away. Honestly it's not that hard go counter a shotgun rusher. Biggest tip is, MOVE BACK! Don't just stand there as he is charging your ass!

I still see snipers every single game of skirmish. I rarely play against 3 shotguns. & I've been playing every day. This is better than all of Y2 though. People just used snipers as primaries...just blint & swap to primary to take out that last 20hp lol. At least with a shotty you have to close the gap & outplay your opponent if you want the kill...not blint+primary, which kills faster than most primaries outright...& still does. Snipers are still great. Shotties are fine. Primaries just need to be brought up...& bloom needs to be taken out of the fucking game so HCs actually work every single game ...

Honestly the current meta is okay. I only saw tons of shotguns in IB Supremacy, and as long as I'm not getting killed by crutch snipers then it's all good. That was literally the most annoying thing in year two, next to thorn in year 1.
