PVP Meta is at this moment is the worst *MY OPINION*
Lets talk about this current meta, *sigh* this meta is bad..really bad. We got shottys everywhere and its ridiculous. I know that snipers got nerfed to the ground but that still doesn't really give a reason to start using your shotgun more that your primary. Your primary is the gun you are supposed to use more than your special. Here is a good way to stop this shitty meta: Make Autos actually good again especially the high impact ones. Give hand cannons a decent buff like a range buff NOTHING ELSE. NERF THE SHOTTYS and make fusion or snipers good again. FYI there are sidearms that are good as well pick one up and try it. I recommend The Wormwood

Lol. Snipers did not get nerfed to the ground. They're just not easy mode when you're getting peppered in the face with primary. Why do hand cannons need a range buff!? They do very well in their range. but give them the range everyone wants and what's the point of scouts?

Snipers got hit. But are still useable. Shotgun rushers are a real nuisance. Even if you get two-three shots or bursts off with your primary you are still dead. Maybe mobility/agility with shotguns should be neutered a little more. Or buff some primaries!!!!

(start of satire) -i love how snipers got shredded, but IMO they werent hit hard enough. -dont mess with shotties with the exception of shot package perk returning as an intrinsic perk on all shotties. -nerf fusion rifles. -there is an epidemic since day 1 of TOO MANY hunters in the destiny population. bungie should randomly take 100 bungie account hunters each day and make them TITANS (because master race and such). (end of satire) ok the real post: honestly there is a lot of special weapons used as primaries but that is only because the ttk on most primaries is too long. people just go with the "win button" of a sniper quickscope or headshot, or wih a shotty (i personally have been a shotgun warrior sonce day 1 and i can agree that they should look into this meta). my idea to "fix" this special as primaries meta is simple: DONT NERF OR BUFF ANY GUNS! YOU ONLY LIMIT THE AMMO THAT IS OBTAINED! this csn be done without ruining MY pve game but all they have to do is this: never will a player begin any match with special ammo. period. each special crate only spawns twice. if you are maxed on special ammo, you cannot "open the crate" to troll or block others from obtaining any soecial ammo. enemy kills do not drop special ammo for you. you will keep your special ammo upon deaths. only way to lose it is to use it. got a god roll matafor? thats great! make your shots count with the limited ammo available! USE YOUR PRIMARY! this will also keep all guns unchanged for my pve experience. (remember that sniper ammo capacity nerf in y2? it sucks for us pve players!) but seriously, snipers really werent hit hard enough.

1 답변작성자: WorkadayLemur72 11/4/2016 2:22:15 PMThe only thing that needs some fixing is the damage drop off of grasp of malock and hawksaw pulse archetypes. Those two archetypes are WAY too effective at ranges they're are not supposed to be.

Or do people just play so passive they're bad at dealing with them. I choose the second one. People are just bad, and ask for countless nerfs.

Shotguns are only overused because they are the easiest special to rock in crucible I've seen some terrible shotgunners around. If anything slightly buff primaries so they kill faster 😊 Only issue for me is SBMM it's terrible!

12 답변So people use 4 different specials. Really 2 out of the 4 because sidearms aren't a huge choice and fusions for the obvious reasons aren't being used. So you have a 50/50 chance of being killed by a shot gun or sniper. Which ever kills you you complain and B!tc#h to the forums. Please get the f#ok out and stop complaining

Edit: Elaborating on minor buffs for primaries: Increase all HandCannon range slightly (exclude Palindrome). Reduce chance of HandCannon ghost bullets. Increase stability of Low to Mid ROF pulse rifles. Add slightly more flinch to long range primary weapon bullet hits. Do not touch high ROF pulse rifles and MIDA-class scouts. Autos feel pretty good but could use slight stability or recoil buffs.

3 답변I respectfully disagree with you assessment. I think the Meta is as good as I have seen it in several years. There is no single weapon that is dominating right now. There are some archetypes that could use some love (mainly mid/low RoF autos and low RoF pulse rifles) but overall you can be competitive with scouts, pulse rifles, hand cannons, and high RoF auto rifles. Regarding shotguns, the only reason it may feel like there is an influx of them in crucible at the moment is because there are a lot of players who realized they weren't actually good at sniping and were only successful because they could stand in the line of anything and blindly land headshots and have turned to shotguns. Good snipers are still successful.
