Hunter Head Exotic Third-Eye Perk
This hunter helm has a perk that now shows up on primary weapons. Not only that, it's on the medallion. Not only that, THAT perk also gives ENHANCED radar. Sooooooo why.... is this head piece still here and dropping.....

'third eye' has been around for a very long time. I've had my hand cannon with it since almost release day of TTK. Perks are random, so that's fine, being a hunter my self, now there is an artifact that has it makes the head gear redundant. Being a random perk means only a selected few get it, now everyone can have it. That's my issue
