62 답변yeah lets give raid players everything. they need more exotics for pvp players who could careless about a raid or wait just a long mission. and yes raids are just long missions. i say nerf the outbreak prime for pvp its way to over powered.

I agree! Or at least let the Siva swarm proc solar damage.... To the people that don't agree- Why ? It's not like you have a solar sheild in pvp.... Because we all know all the negative babies all play pvp.... Don't worry crucibabies element burns don't apply to your guardian... Calm down and delete the nerf posts damn!!

2 답변Probably the people that are saying that outbreak is op and should be nerfed, are the people that don't even have the gun. On PvP, at least, it's completely balanced. On PvE, it's pretty much a firefly with a 10 sec cooldown. On anything that is not fallen, the nanites are very bad. I think they should increase the damage against the other factions of enemies, or reduce the cooldown a little bit.

It needs something done to make it better against the taken (it's calling card). The Nanites are a great idea. They just don't do anything in actual play. When I first saw it, I kind of figured it would be worthless in actual game-play. I wanted it for the light value. When I get to 385 now and then 390 (next expansion), it will be put on the shelf and left for dead. Bungie has so many people with great ideas, that turn out to be nothing because of decisions made by other people who have final control over those ideas. That is so sad.

That, and make Touch of Malice Void. After the Weapons of Light Nerf, this weapon will never see use again. Tossing on void would make it considerable again. I would have said Boolean for void as well, but that's only on the sheer fact the bullets are already purple (I think it was intended for it to be void before they scrapped Elemental primaries, for the most part).
