If you take the time to reread his original comment, in the same sentence (this is of key importance) IN THE SAME SENTENCE, he says "they have a higher chance to drop in the SIVA crisis playlist, they haven't increased the drop rate...", the fact he has mentioned the 'SIVA crisis playlist' is irrelevant, the fact he has said higher drop rate and increased drop rate is different and unable to appreciate they are the same in the very same sentence is what I was highlighting. Now go to high school and learn how to read, kid.

Intellect??? You still don't get it! If you play one playlist, there is a higher chance of it dropping than the other playlist. They have not increased the drop chance. That is what he said. Clear as day. Then you change his entire post to make it sound how you wanted it! It's funny how you are posing as an intellectual when all it's doing is telling anyone who actually is intelligent that you're clearly an idiot.

Okay, so now you are doing exactly what you just criticised me for in the most hypocritical way. I specifically just asked you if they increased the drop rates in a certain strike playlist and then you just rephrased it to suit yourself and avoid the question, which would indirectly lead to me making the point that higher and increased drop rates are the same thing, had you given the correct answer "yes", thus proving you wrong. I'm going to move along before losing anymore brain cells talking to this detriment.

Dude they didn't increase the drop rates! Ever since they've been added one play list has a certain drop rate and the other has a higher one but they have not been increased since they've been implemented! I don't know how to get it through your head.

Cool, now you're just going off topic entirely, Idgaf if they actually increased the rates or not, the whole reason for this argument was to establish that the original comment could not distinguish between what increased and higher meant. But for your information read the recent patch notes, to which it blatantly describes that on the 22/9/16 - which is definitely AFTER they were introduced, the skeleton key drop rate was increased in the SIVA crisis playlist.
