For those who liked using the Makeshift Scarf in Y1...
It'll be availiable as a Legendary.
Edit:
All of the non-Legendary class items from Y1 will be brought up to Legendary, and all of Y1's non-Raid legendary class items will as well.

2 답변This is great news for hunters! The last batch of cloaks was ugly as hell (I really dislike that cut in on the hoods). Frumious will be the one I'll want on my hunter.

2 답변Wish I still had my ghost angel cloak... :( Still have my 'All my Victims' Cloak and vanilla faction cloaks though. Don't know if that was brought back though.
