Bring back icebreaker year two
The utilitarian sniper rifle icebreaker was once one of the most coveted weapons in destiny, helping you out of the stickiest situations and saving you when no ammo was available. Why Is Bungie depriving year two of the sniper rifle so many year one players loved. I think icebreaker should get some love in year two and be brought up to the current light level.

The reason they don't do that is because it promotes extremely passive play with no drawbacks in things like the nightfall (especially with something like a combination of solar burn and specialist). It would just be hard to balance in PvE and PvP because if you make it regenerate ammo too quickly it becomes instantly better than any other special weapon in the game but if it regenerates too slowly it becomes useless and no one uses it because it would be easier to just pop a special synth instead of waiting for the recharge.
