We all know about Thorn getting nerfed YET AGAIN with a -25% to range. There's an artifact that also nulls out Thorn's trickle/bleed damage so what's the point in using Y3 Thorn? WELL. There's a new artifact called Radegast's Artifact. If you haven't heard what this is, then sit down and hold onto your butts. Deflects Supers. With this, I'm pretty sure everyone will be cycling between THIS and the artifact that cancels Sprint cool-down. There might be those few with Radegast on, but shit...Thorn will have it's comeback due to these artifacts. Thoughts? I still think Thorn needs its old stats back.
