So I just got The Swarm last night. Finally. One of my favorite legendary MGs... and then I died a little inside when I realized, with heavy ammo boots on, I could hold 88 rounds. That's it.
Bruh....
Edit: Seems like 99.9% of you guys are on board! (Well. For PvE. But let's be real. Everyone knew that this was a PvE post ;) )
Make heavy ammo great again!!!
Also. Stop bending PvE over and doing naughty things to it to "benefit" PvP. Please. I'd heart the hell out of that.
I added "In PvE" to the title due to recommendation and popular demand ;)

3 답변It's not a glitch for blue Engrams when I got my first exotic out of a blue Engram was in May going into June it was Thunder lord The next exotic was patience in time that was July The last exotic was a Chess piece for the titan for people that think it a glitch you're dead wrong it's been happening for a long time now the drop rate it's just improving that's all I have a friend that got a exotic out of a blue Engram this would happen every other month but now because of the update the drop rate it's improved the more blue Engram you turn in the better your chances to get an exotic Bungie Will do things without telling you so don't be surprised if you see weird things happen like this I have no reason to lie to you I've been playing this game for a long time now sometimes I hate this game but I still love playing it it's the only game that makes me feel like someone when the world don't believe in me so keep turning in blue Engrams and your chances will get better to get an exotic that's how it works take it from a person that got three exotics from a blue Engram this year even before the rise of Iron and the update alone

2 답변Of course not, the Sandbox team only speaks in nerfs, asking them to do the opposite is just too confusing. But seriously though, no one in the history of warfare has ever thought "man, I sure wish I had less ammo for this firefight going on right now".

5 답변I agree. The only legendary mg that holds a decent amount of ammo that i know of is the variable from fwc. Holds almost 200 with just boots and no chest piece.

Unfortunately, Bungie listens to the .1% PvP cry baby divas. It will be interesting what happens with RoI weapons and armor because with TTK raid being nothing but infusion material, PvP is the real end game currently.

14 답변News flash: Shooter games are MORE fun when you can actually shoot. Who would have thought?!?!?! In all seriousness though, this game is not like Halo where when you run out of ammo, you simply just pick up a different weapon laying on the battlefield. You can't do that here. You are stuck with whatever ammo drops for you - and sometimes it all drops in inconvenient locations (where you don't need it or where it is entirely inaccessible to you due to minion mobs). So you are forced to synth or sit there and actually WASTE ammo just to get ammo. Just give us back our bullets already and let us actually enjoy the game.

The ammo nerf still makes no sense because it was a primarily trials problem that never got fixed in trials. And it only fixed heavy for 6's and thats about it, i still see pretty much the same amount of special weapon play from pre April update as i do now.

16 답변Probably not. Stop and think a minute. You had to take a game that is currently running on consoles with 8GB of memory to work with....and cram it down to work on last-gen consoles that had as little as 256 MB (1/32nd) to work with. There are probably TONS of programming compromises and shortcuts that Bungie had to resort to in order to get this game to work on PS3 and XB360 So odds are ammo got nerfed in both PVP and PVE BECAUSE THEY LITERALLY COULDN'T SEPERATE THEM. PvP clearly needed to have something done to reduce the special weapon spamming. They had tried for most of the first year and half to address the issue by reducing the frequency of special ammo drops. But that wasn't enough, and they eventually had to reduce the amount of ammo in each "brick".... ..and that was the first time that a PVP ammo nerf impacted PVE. So odds are===once again====there is a good reason for that. Probably that if they were going to reduce one, they had to reduce both, because of the way the game has been coded.
