So I've tried twice to change the stats/abilities on my shiny new Nightstalker Cloak, and it didn't do anything. I was hoping for it to get sniper rifle focus instead of scout rifle focus or sidearm focus, but not a single thing changed. I know there are other topics about this, but the time stamps list them as over a year old. What is the point of having the option to spend costly items to change something, if it's not going to do anything?
