Consumed Ghost Shell changed Appearance!
I discovered this ghost shell 's appearance changed when I logged in to Destiny. I don't know if this is some sort of bug just like the Iron Ghost Shell's colour scheme problem or if Bungie is replacing the old appearance with this new one.

You can tell it's probably an error because the icon for the item still looks like the old version, but the actual ghost has changed.
