Same boat. We're screwed just like how year one moments of triumph players lost their golden chest progress because of an early DLC release that's poorly tested messing up your progress permanently.

Same problem!!!! I completed the challenge I know at least 4 times on just one char. And twice on another. Hopefully it will kick the glitch when it updates for the new release. Point being.. When the second update dropped I ended up getting around 20+ notifications that I received this I received that etc. I hadn't played a second on the new update but my grimoire had increased 500+. I know it's stupid but I really wish they would fix something as simple as an achievement server update. I've never had any game before be so glitchy with in game progress as this one. Especially annoying seeing how a lot of the in game achievements are directly tied to exotics. It's super annoying to have to run the same shit three and four times just to get what others get completing just once. Perfect example is the black spindle.... Completed it over a dozen times within the 8and a half minutes approx...... Never got it! Even while writing this I just keep shaking my head... Asking myself why I keep -blam!-ing playing this asshole of a game.
