The "In Times Of Need" shotgun needs to be completely removed from the game.
So, if you play Crucible, you've maybe managed to score you a legendary Shotgun, by the name of In Times of Need.
However, you probably dismantled it because it is the shittiest shotgun in the entire game. Like ever.
Here's why.
It has a low rate of fire. But it also has a low impact, AND range.
Meaning that it shoots slow as shit, it hits like shit, and the range is shit.
It's shit. I don't even know how it made it into the game.
I want to meet the developer who was like "Yeah, this is a nicely designed shotgun, the community is gonna love this thing."
In Times Of Need. The flavor text is all like [i]In Times of Need, pull this trigger[/i] or some shit.
But it reality, when you're in times of need, you'd be better off putting this shotgun away and getting another god damn gun out.
You may think I'm exaggerating about how bad it is, but it really is [i]that bad.[/i]
A very lousy rolled Hakke shotgun will outperform a God rolled In Times of Need.
I'm not even kidding.
When's the last time you were killed by this shitty shotgun?

12 답변It's the pros shot gun . If you use it ... Aaaand make kills... The guardian on the receiving end needs to rethink their entire strategy.. I put it on for a while and got a lot of kills with it.. Shows how bad most of the community plays and shows you don't need a good gun to kill shit :P

Sometimes I can 1 shot people from a good distance, and other times I need to be within kissing distance for them to maybe take shield damage.. With 'In Times of Need', I point, shoot and they usually die.

5 답변Its good for pve, if you have automatic shooting its fine in pvp. Makes up for the slow firing rate.

8 답변That's cool, but who's dick at Bungie HQ do I have to suck to be put into a fair match and then actually win, all night it's been 4v5, 3v6, 2v4, etc. I played the battlefield beta and that was 50v50 and it was awesome. I love Destiny but they're killing me here with this bullshit matchmaking.

I definately agree that in it's current form it's not a very desirable weapon to use. What if it lived up to it's name and had a similar affect like the plan C? Meaning, right now shotguns are a little slower coming out of blink and sprint and weapon switching. What if this shotgun was a little bit quicker than others at coming out of these things? Something you go to in 'times of need'. Then it's weaker stats would make sense to balance the shotgun and it'd give you a slight chance to beat all the others shotguns with it if you can get the extra half second jump.

1 답변I was in an awesome crucible team running a marathon of various pvp games and then I landed "In Times of Need" shotty. I didn't say nothing knowing it was one of the worse legendary drops from the pvp end game rewards. All the sudden every one went radio silent, I was kicked to orbit and a message was sent stating, "bad RNG, bad luck for the team, bad vibe, too bad, bye bye" I'm still in orbit in shock, crying and still on hold with Bungie trying to ask them why they ruined my life.

1 답변Bungie made way too many guns in this game. They shoulda focused on an epic story ( they've improved) rather than all these shit weapons we never use.

작성자: illestdood 9/3/2016 2:14:29 PMAs it is one of the shittiest shotguns, I got one on my playstation account with on of my favorite rolls and I'm used it quite a bit. It's on my titan. It has Accurized Ballistics, rescue mag, rifled barrel and final round.
