a note to all the trials legends this weekend:
hello everyone.
as you may know, this weekend is the last weekend of trials of osiris this month and for probably the next few months.
i understand that you want to get your weekly stomping in, and that you will want to play for the last time in months, too.
do take in to account, however, that many many players still have yet to see the lighthouse at all. still have yet to get their hands on any trials gear.
im not saying "look sweaties, dont play trials this weekend because this weekend is for the virgins". im saying that maybe this weekend isnt the best for elo farming or trying to set the record for longest win streak.
and before you ask, no im not one of the people who will be hitting up every streamer in the destiny directory's chat for a chance to go flawless because i have 17 lighthouse trips to my name. i want the virgins to see mercury this weekend and that is all.

edit: i somewhat knew this was coming.
for those of you saying no and that you will play trials normally if not more competitively this weekend, that is 351.34% fine. im in no position to tell you how to play a video game that you spent money on.
but, im not abandoning thread yet.
edit 2: been getting private messages asking for a carry. go away lol

1 답변ToO is by far the worst thing to happen to this game. It resulted in an entire destiny sub culture made up of whiny little, nerf herding #### wads. Separate it completely or just get rid of it for D2.

19 답변I'm fairly certain my friends and I have suicided - given more lighthouse trips away than any other players. We always suicide for coins countless times every weekend, and so on broken win eight cards we always jump off the map. It's a great feeling getting messages from people thanking us for giving them walk over victories, many of them saying it was getting to the lighthouse for the first time. I plan to do this a lot this weekend. This is a game for people to have fun, not for the sweaties and try hards to act like they are better than everyone else. Streamers and pay for carry have ruined this format. The lighthouse is not something to protect. If there is one thing I hate about destiny, it's the elitists that want everything for themselves only. It's a game for everyone to have [u][i]fun[/i][/u].

I used to be terrible at trials. I was below a 1.0 average. It took me weeks and weeks to finally go flawless. I've been actually trying to get better and after going negative in trials in the beginning I now have an average 2.06 kd in trials and I even made it to 363rd in the world in trials a few weeks ago. I carry my friends who aren't good in trials and I don't like to play with people obsessed with stats. I'd like to see everyone get better and go flawless every week and enjoy the lighthouse. The whole point of my comment is to give hope to anyone that even if you think you're god awful now you can get better and go from not having anyone to play with to have everyone inviting you.

93 답변After seeing this post it seems like my eyes were opened to something I've never seen before... There are even more whiny entitled brats than I thought! I will have fun stomping you in Trials this weekend. I'm not going to stop what I like doing so players who haven't tried to better themselves can get something I work hard for.

Hello there! If you want some trials help on Xbox One go to my stream twitch.tv/beatlebr0 i do my best to help you to the lighthouse. I do a FREE system with raffles and it's a lot of fun to hang out in the stream. I might not be streaming but you can still drop a follow and wait till i do stream! <3
