Message told me to 'remove bastets dream emblem'
After months of trying to get to lighthouse, realised that I needed a carry and got first lighthouse trip last weekend. With it came the Bastets Dream emblem. Have had the emblem on since then.
In a match of salvage (yesterdays daily), and got a spanking from a well drilled team. The rest of us were soloing it. I hold my hands up - I had a nightmare.
Post match got a message from an opponent saying "you must of got a carry. remove that emblem'. I didn't respond as I'd more than likely get myself banned. Are destiny players really that salty that they have to send messages like this, even when they win?
I used to draw hate using uni remote, now I can't even wear trials emblems without getting hate mail!

2 답변Wear it. -blam!- em. Carry or no you still have the item. However u got it as far as bungie and the game is concerned you " earned it ". So rock it. And throw em the bird.

1 답변I know plenty of great players, and many of them are like this. It's still a blast to play with them but man they can be so arrogant when it's just a game.

They can hate you all day every day, but it's not up to them to decide what's right for everybody else and certainly not what gear you're [i]allowed [/i]to wear. People who are calling that emblem a "crown" or the "highest reward" are bullshitting themselves thinking that it's really anything but RNG that you happened to get that one particular emblem out of many things you could have gotten. Ignore them. If they care so much about a cosmetic item in a video game then they're the ones with a problem.

1 답변I don't know who you people are playing but I'm never getting messages like that. I had someone send me "legend" the other day but I'm still not sure what he meant by it. I initially though it was a jab at my somewhat passive playstyle but we messaged back n forth in a friendly matter a couple of times after that and there was no hostility. Every other random message I've recieved since the launch of Destiny has been a question regarding my emblems or an invite.

For me, these emblems mark very good PvP players. That's their purpose in my opinion. They earned it and I know this guy know what he does in PvP. It's kinda funny to see someone with the flawless/skrab emblem at the bottom of the score board. I don't know what's wrong with those people. Don't wear it if you suck at pvp. [spoiler]At the end of the day, you can wear what you want. I'm not going to tell you how to play this game. But don't complain about the hate than.[/spoiler]
