I think it is a 39 second video. A person called Maple Plum uploaded it on March 20, 2016. They commented: "As of making this video, I am level 19. I do not receive Glimmer from dismantling items regardless of color but from what I read this may or may not be a bug. The problem is I do not receive any Glimmer from Majors or Ultras even if I am on par with them level-wise."
