Anyone else just steadily becoming a huge scrub in the cruciblé?
[i][b]Final Edit[/b][/i]: to give hope to all. It was another bad week for the most part. But I pulled it together and put a 9-0 card together with a 1.74 KD and two 1200 ELO players. I'm not going to say I carried, they were smart and listened to my advice, they pulled out some clutch first kills. It was one kids very first flawless. Made me feel good and gave me hope. Also made me realize you have to be compete scum to charge for a "carry"
A month ago I was consistently wrecking.
The past 2 weeks, everyone that snipes towards my direction has 127% accuracy, they never miss. Every primary (especially Grasp of Malok, Mida, and TLW kill me faster than phogoth on void burn)
Even in trials last week I had an abysmal 1.2 weekly KD, this week it's probably below a 1.0.. Everyone that shoots at me is perfect.. they could have a .3 trials KD and they are MLG aimbot pro when they shoot at me..
It's not even fun. It's not an exaggeration when I say EVERYTONE. It's like bungie has turned my bullets into feathers and put me in big head mode..
I was never a god, but I could more than hold my own (been flawless over 100x).. but the past 2 weeks (during IB and especially trials) I have turned into a traffic cone..
Anyone else in the same boat? And did you find a way out?
Edit: yeah its official, I'm a huge scrub now. Can barely go positive. Getting MLG sniped by the worst of the worst. I think it's time to hang it up. It was fun while it lasted. But I need to go find my thumbs, apparently I lost them a couple weeks ago.

I didn't bring it up. Many of you did. But I experience the same thing! You'll go something like 30-8 and 6 of those deaths will be some MLG snipe from the same guy while your sliding or drilling his face with a primary or in a super.. and you think "man that guy is carrying his team he's a pro.." and then you look at the scorecard and he's one of the worst players in the lobby and all of his kills and points are from you.. [i]this is all too real[/i]

I believe Bungie is trying to break sbmm without dedicated servers by using player balancing. In not an expert or even remotely trained in computer science. I have just played games for decades and read a lot when I'm curious or have a feeling about something. The last 7 months in Destiny crucible have felt very unnatural. I don't know how else to put it. If video games are heading towards player balancing- where everyone does the same regardless of skill, I will give up. The ONLY reason I play is to get better and feel a sense of accomplishment.

5 답변Just use nlb. No, I'm not joking, I picked it up last week, and it feels great. I'm hitting shots no one should, getting NO SCOPES IN DESTINY when I never do, and overall, feeling great when I land headshots. Give it a try sometime, ok?

All Year one weapons and SRL armor rocking light level of 88 then yeah I was scrubbing hard. =) Switching to my Hunter running Blink, Invis, Patience of Time, Thorn, Shot Gun and sliding. sure =) Titan running around doing nothing but shoulder charging with a team of 6 Striker Titans sure =) Personally I don't take PVP serious at all. I go in and have fun. If I help somebody's K/D or hurt it, it makes no difference to me at all. Its a game and I play for fun and I hope others with me/against me do too. My newest is Titan with Fusion rifle and NLB. Man I suck with that gun, but I'll give it a go before I try out Universal Remote.

Just reading the title: "Oh hell yeah. Big time" I look at the stats that I have and think just how awful they would be now. I used to be very good since everything was fast paced the way crucible used to play. With abysmal range shotguns have now and the peek-a-boo play that happens at range: I can't play the way I enjoyed. I feel forced to use weapons I don't want to, but the blanket patches ruin archetypes as a whole. This coupled with the most competitive crucible to date makes it a real struggle to play well. Boiled down: I'm bad at crucible now because it stopped being fun.

2 답변My first problem is that I'm matched with egoists most of the time. They don't try to act as a team, they only want to get kills. If I'm in a gunfight with someone there's always a second enemy from behind or the side that kills me because my teammates are flipping spawns or running away and don't care about their teammates at all. Second problem is that I'm matched in the losing team most of the time because the other team gets less thumbless people. Third problem is that Lag prevents me from getting 100% legit kills...Shoulder Charge not registering, Grenades not registering, Super not registering, Bullets not registering, etc. Fourth problem: I took a long pause from Destiny because of The Division and now my movement is clunky and slow...but I'm still constantly matched against high skilled snipers because the game only reads my effing stats that push me in the top 5%. Yeah, SBMM is cancer...

Most of us real "scrubs" get excited over fcking bounties being completed. The lighthouse is a myth, a magical dragon, a mirage, a fairy tale that we fall asleep dreaming about only to wake up and realize our best bet is to go back to milking cows and churning butter for mama and papa. (That's a peasant joke fyi)

Mida on widows court made everyone the most passive player in the game for a week. Bones of eao and ram make players a lot more aggressive this week. Idk maybe it's just me but I adjust slightly every week when I find out what xur selling it helps a lot.

2 답변First of all. Respects for actually naming Phogoth as Phogoth and not as Golgoroth. Secondly, its the game man, I've seen every argument, from MLG wannabes going "SBMM is helping you improve" to the youtubers going "Its just playerbase getting more skilled over time". But the simple fact is, its the game. Bungie pushed SBMM down everyone's throat until everyone fun quit out of frustration. What's left is you getting matched by people who reached the same tier as you by lagging or camping, or both. Every match is dominated by the worst, most toxic sub-human assholes on the planet who are somehow completely convinced that any in-game accomplishment translates into real life value of some kind. And its only going to get worse, unless bungie does something, the games will get campier, the connections will get laggier, and the matches will get sweatier until all of us who just want to run around and have some mindless fun end up getting camped to the point where we just go "-blam!- it, I'll just go play plants versus zombies" or some shit.

5 답변작성자: Ve7n00m 8/1/2016 12:55:38 PMThe other day I played solo a few games and was doing awesome, getting like 5+ K/Ds, then I join my friend who has a lower average K/D than me and I get destroyed,. I went 1-11 one game. So I come on here to look up the dudes stats that quite literally outgunned me, out skilled me and bummed me and guess what? Yup he was a freaking potato man, K/D of like 0.6 with 8693 kills under his belt! It was like my bullets were bouncing off him and his were not only hurting but stamping on my balls as well! I find slowing down my game gets me out of it after 1 or 2 bad matches, switching weapons helps too sometimes!

Well if this is any indication rise of iron will be a huge cluster @#$/ . I truly hope bungie doesn't screw it up. But my exp is something will be. Can anyone name a time they updated anything and it hasn't turned into a glitch bug error fest?
