Bungie, seriously, let the community vote on what they think is OP or really bad. For example, it seems to me that slow firing pulse rifles need a boost to damage to compete with high RoF pulse rifles like the Hawksaw or PDX-45. Let the community vote on whether or not they think that that archetype needs to be better. An actual example was when you nerfed the Hawkmoon because it was "flying too high." The community should have had the choice to vote on whether or not to nerf it. Let the community know what you plan to do to weapons and abilities before you do it and let them share what they think about it on the forums. Have a vote topic with a title like "Slow Rate of Fire Archetype Pulse Rifles" describing what you plan to change about the weapon including what the weapon currently does and what it should do after the changes are in place and a vote option for yes or no. If people have suggestions (actual, evidence based suggestions) they can add their ideas. If the overall vote is no, than bungie would read the suggestions made by the community and edit their vote TL;DR: Bungie should tell us what they will do to a weapon before an update and the community will vote on whether or not for the changes to occur.
