Balance, dedicated servers, playable solo.
We have the best connections in the world in this part of Europe, however I can't play 1 day without laggy, teleporting, buggy shit in the crucible.

1 답변Didn't Blizzard also give Bungie advice on how to improve this game? Seems they completely ignored their advice. This game is still taking a nosedive.

10 답변Why would Bungie knowing they got everything under control and don't need any help at all. I mean how can you expect anything less from a AAA gaming company living up to their well known name?

2 답변Blizzard gets a strong say with how Destiny is developed, after all they're the one funding it. Wait! When? I hear you cry. The moment Blizzard brought Activision.
-
3 답변Blizzard is the problem, not Bungie. If Blizzard actualy gave to shits about anything but money, they would have produced the funding for dedicated servers.

Would expect it to be worse to Arkansas and Washington (state, not DC). So you would likely still have lag issues with dedicated servers. Just take a look at the crapstorm SE got over putting the FFXIV EU servers in Montreal. They eventually had to set up a farm in Germany for the EU players because of all the lag and disconnects. That game is nowhere near the twitch factor of Destiny. Blizzard's infrastucture is better because of regionally placed servers, which is much easier to do when you have a boatload of subscription based games running in those datacenters like they do. With Bungie's budget you would be very unlikely to even get a farm in Frankfurt and Tokyo...much less like the longer list Blizzard is able to support with all that extra subscription revenue. You should be better off with P2P...provided the CBMM works right to match you with people having decent latency numbers to you. That is also assuming you are set up properly for the P2P broadcasts so you aren't waiting for the delayed background syncs to the Bungie databases over here. Make sure you are setup optimally. That is half the battle. Rest is up to the ISP's and Bungie's screwy matchmaking algorithms. Always a good idea to run the console's connection test after important changes like this to init the interface so it properly detects and latches the new service.

Destiny isn't getting as much hate as infinite warfare is, and some of the devs took on some of the hardest questions players asked about that game before it's even released. That's what I am taking about! Bungie needs to answer some of the hard question players have been asking if they want this game to live if they want to get our trust back, put on their big boy pants and get shit done. Activision is also.... Smh they have changed so -blam!- much too.
