I've found archived Reddit posts about this issue but they are really old and the problem still exists. Because the Calcified Fragment - Insight Grimoire card is still bugged it is preventing me from completing the year 2 moments of triumph. I'm sure I am not the only player with this problem. If there is any way to get this information in front of Bungie many players including myself would be very happy.
