Perfect as a main hunter I completely agree hunters are basically useless trip mine barely kills anything,skip grenades don't do anything,shade step please let's not talk about it, arc blade goes out in seconds even if I'm using mask of 3rd man and throwing knives feel like throwing a stick at a tank nothing happens

I have a friend who will disagree there. Myself included, skip grenades do alot, if they hit me I'm out of the fight until my health regens, they are faster than you can sprint and they track for a solid 6+ seconds. Tripmines are a utility grenade, that's why they were changed recently. Put them on walls and people just forget about them. Hunters do not need buffs, you just need to rethink how you play them

Yea I can't even use golden gun I used it because of the super,throwing knife and grenades. Hunters have the worst grenades Titans get amazing grenades look a the lighting grenade and warlocks get axion bolt, trip mine was great just the way it was.Thankfully I got to use it before they ruined it please return it back to its former glory so we feel good when we kill them and bungie you was saying it was supposed to be used as a trap if it sticks it can still be a trap.If your calling tripmine op look a t striker lightning grenade it one shots

Skip nades are supposed to keep enemies out of combat or force them back, tripmines are supposed to block entrances and delay. They are not under powered compared to the warlock and Titan grenades. Titan's lightning grenades are a bit iffy with range and cone radius yes, however even axion bolts are supposed to force opponents back. Destiny is an ever changing game and bungie will continue to look at all the classes as they are played, overused or whatever it is they do to determine how they are changed. But for now, the crucible is pretty balanced with a few arguable tidbits

the silliest thing is nerfing the sticky on trip mines. i mean come on, the gunslinger class is about precision. precise with ur gg - get kills. precise with ur throwing knife - get kills precise with your grenade- oops it bounces off to don't know where. an the most irritating thing? wasting as ur an oppponent runs past the trip mine.. and it only goes off 2 secs later. but to the point, i utilise throwing knife more as a defense - eg. when you are at your last ammo before reloading. That knife has saved my ass countless times.

Removing the sticky was a very bad choice. The best way to stay in the Crucible is to have fun, and what's more fun than hilarious deaths? Same with PvE. On another less important note, what's grenade do Hunters have that qualifies for the Grenades and Horseshoes bounty? Before: - Tripmine - Flux After: - Flux At least with tripmines, you were guaranteed a kill on a non-major Phalanx no matter where the grenade hit. Now, flux grenades may not even kill if it lands in the wrong spot.

Bungie never intended on tripmines being another sticky grenade. That whole class is more utility based. The delay on tripmines going off is frustrating however it's a mine, not a sticky grenade. And not every subclass has a sticky grenade, the Titans are the only ones left with 2 classes with sticky grenades. One of them is quite the rare sight in the crucible and the other is not far behind when compared to the mass amount of people using the striker
