Pulse rifles are the only competitive option
As much as I don't want it to be true pulse rifles dominate, they are versatile, and deadly at basically every range you will see on any map in current rotation.
With a skilled hand they outclass autos at auto rifle range, they can outclassed scouts and they are king of mid range by a wide margin.
They also take very little skill to use and are the only reliable counter for sniper rifles.
Weapon Balance is a joke in the crucible.

apparently my post is being misunderstood.
My main point is that a good pulse like grasp or hawksaw is by far the most versatile weapon in the game.
A skilled user will easily outgun autos within their range, and compete with scouts at their range,
And even a thumbless potato can dominate in the pulses intended range if they have a great roll.
Yes some weapons can kill slightly faster, but with basically every weapon you guys have mentioned one mistake and you are done, and that isn't the case with pulses.
Also, side note to everybody saying hand cannons in 3s. Maybe in sweats, but not in pub 3s, look at trials. You can't go one match without atleast seeing 1 vendor hawksaw or God roll grasp.

2 답변Has anyone noticed that the Crucible Quartermaster does not have any missions for Pulse Rifles? Just hand cannons, auto rifles, and scout rifle kills. Why do you think?

4 답변Trying to use pulse rifles seriously for the first time. I'm not a fan but I will adapt. I would appreciate advice on your crucible suggested guns. I own bad juju, hawksaws, the CoE one and a few others. What perks and stats am I seeking on your suggestions? Thanks in advance.

4 답변작성자: eleven11911 7/22/2016 4:59:31 PMno no no, this is the best Ive seen the crucible be as far as weapon diversity, any weapon is op behind a player that knows how to use it. Right now you can use a pulse rifle, auto rifle, scout rifle and handcannom and win fights.

2 답변I dont understand all the "all weapons are good in the right hand" answers. A god roll grasp can compete at long, medium, and short ranges. Making it the most versatile weapon in the meta right now. I think that was his point. It doesnt mean nothing competes with it, it just means the weapon can compete with anything at all ranges. If you look around at youtube channels and see pvp weapon rankings since June, I guarantee every single one mentions the Grasp as 1 or 2. It isnt a slight at you if you use it, you should use good weapons. Its just a fact.
