Everything you need to know from 7/20/16 Stream

*Gjallarwing available via Eververse (Tess), except the Iron colored Gjallarwing is via Pre-order.

Cosmodrome:
*Lots of freaking snow. Everywhere!

*Siva infused enemies (Devil Splicers) have new moves, looks, and weaknesses compared to their originals counterparts (i.e captains, shanks, vandals. etc)
*Level 42 enemies with aggressive AI. (hope it's more aggressive come Sep 20)
*Light Level at 355 (as seen by Deej. Unknown if max light. )

AKA Idiot bait. -RoI still in development: It was thrown together last minute when bungie realized they were too incompetent to have Destiny 2 available before 2017. *Lots of reskins/old assets shoehorned into a pathetic and unimaginative story(calling it a story is more than generous). -More "Meta Migrations" as they nerf(and less often buff) classes and weapons to fluff said reskinned content. OK, OK.... I took a few liberties with the last point.

7 답변Anyone talking about the game of thrones ripoffs? The city of winterfell in game of thrones, the new place felwinter in ROI. The giant wall in game of thrones keeping winter/bad stuff out. The wall falling down in ROI and letting the bad stuff in and bringing the snow. The iron lords the wolves. It seems kinda funny to have an insanely popular TV show running and release stuff for this game that almost mirrors the show.

For the hunter, the vanguard armor is a rescinded version of Long Tomorrow 9g. Warlocks have a modified Bharkan Dunes set, and titans I will assume have jovian guard which is Zavala's armor for the new vanguard set.

It's bad enough getting reskins of Murvaux Type 0 for New Monarchy etc. but if the Raid Weapons are Siva-infused foundry weapons then, no thanks!!! There is a Omolon Scout Rifle doing the rounds too (link above), looks Raid like... After a year of no significant content, Bungie are still resorting to reskins of gear from previous expansions? Personally I think Foundry weapons were the worst thing to ever come to Destiny. While the concept was be cool at first and brought an element of freshness, however in regards to future content, it's another ploy by Bungie to cover up their disinterest in designing stuff whilst also making it less cost effective. They must have laid off a few concept artists LOL.

I'm excited, everyone is complaining about re-skins, but if you look closely, you can see that this new enemy is completely different. Look at the captain, it's design is a lot more sleek and there are new things all over him. I do admit the taken are reskins, but these look completely different.

23 답변Hopefully we actually get some new weapons and armor. You know, unlike TTK where at least 5 exotics were advertised and then never put in the game and never mentioned again. Finding it hard to shell out after that

4 답변That New Monarchy armour was ugly as shit! Including the siva raid gear, I'm just glad we can continue to infuse what we currently have, because as of right now the only gear that looks promising is the iron banner gear!

7 답변I found something cheeky right under the twitch noses... There seems to be some sort of 'siva tech' similar to the Dvalin item found by killing enemies... It appears on the bottom right (Just like Dvalin) I remember seeing it I just don't remember where, doing more research on that.

8 답변All of the sudden not as amped about this... I get the impression they are spending a bunch of time dressing up the cosmodrome and it'll turn out that the "plaguelands" are just the raid and are not actually an explorable zone at all. Just seems like more of the same double talk and hype... in the end the reality is they didn't do much and just mucked up what was always there... re-skinned some old weapons and threw together some hackneyed story. Of course I'll play it... sadly it's inescapable that while I think this is one of the best games out now I always feel like I'm being played instead of playing a game.... Also, the first Gjallarwing concept was best... thanks for giving us something that looks exactly like the aeon glow with silver wings when we could have had something completely new looking. My excitement for RoI just went from 9 to 3.......

1 답변I stopped watching at about 16 minutes when I realised they were just rambling to fill time and still weren't actually playing the game (they even showed the sparrow trailer twice). Thanks for this recap, glad I didn't spend another 30 minutes watching when there wasn't much else to see.

4 답변Still not finished. Work in progress? Yeah, it'll be tons of bugs when this thing gets released. And subsequent weeks/months to get it fixed. I'm sure they'll throw in some ninja nerfs in the process as well.
