Changes made:
High rate of fire weapons now deal the least flinch, low rate of fires dealing the most. Highest RoF's have the least stability and range, but the biggest mags and fastest reload, lowest RoF's have the most stability and range, but the smallest mags and slowest reload. Medium rate of fires are in between.
Snipers have snapshot removed, and flinch when shot increased. Heavier, long zoom scopes receive less flinch, and light, low zoom scopes receive more. Reduced body shot damage in PvP only, as getting body shot now can allow a quick follow up shot or burst of any primary to get the kill.
Shotguns got a buff in most areas, but removed rangefinder from shotguns so it doesn't get out of hand. Removed hammered forge from universal remote so it isn't too good.
Shouldercharge has received a nerf to aim assistance. There's no reason you should be fairly high in the air and they can go straight up and kill me.
Sidearms get more ammo on spawn, 20 shots is pretty low, we made them get 30.
Fusion rifles got a small range and stability buff.
Fixed phantom rounds.
Hand cannons have received more range, and more reserve ammo.
Removed extended mag, replaced that perk on weapons players have with field scout.
Included extended mags purpose with field scout.
Reduced the range on stormtrance, but only when using ionic blink or landfall.
Defender needs something right? Saint-14 will now have the option to suppress those who walk in, you can only chooses between blinding and suppression. Added an exotic that makes the bubble bigger, and grants the longer duration of the bubble. Bubbles now require more supers to destroy (ex: two Nova bombs or two fist of havocs.
Sunsinger now has a longer duration. Song of flame was pretty weak, added an armour, agility, and recovery boost to it. "Mini tether" grenades now work as intended.
Lightning grenades have received a range reduction.
You choose your matchmaking now. Go to your settings and choose either SBMM, CBMM, or 50/50 of both.
Added elemental primaries back. Weapons will gain the ability to take an element through infusion (excluding exotics). You can only do this when you have a special coin, which can be bought from xur once per week per account, or received from nightfall.
Fixed Titan skating where blade dancer can catch up, but that way of movement will still work.
The ammo reserve nerf has been undone.

5 답변-blam!-ing traitor. So a bladedancer can fly completely upwards with 1 swipe but titans cant sc in the same way? Seems fair.

5 답변I agree with most of it just not being able to add more than one element to a weapon, and if fusions get a buff they will be too strong. They need to stay as is

Jokes aside, most of these changes are actually pretty good, especially the changes to how much flinch weapons have. One change that I would make, though, is just to reduce the sniper base damage by a bit, but then increase the precision damage modifier. This would keep the changes universal and still wouldn't kill PvE in any way. Edit: Also, I'd say to give auto rifles a damage increase while also slightly steepening their damage drop off. They're supposed to be best in closer ranges, but are consistently being beaten by pulses and hand cannons in those ranges.

1 답변I agree with everything except the Nightstalker nerf. Everytime I'm in PvP, I always die before I can fire even one arrow. We don't need another armor nerf, considering the fact that Hunters have the least armor of all three classes. Other than that, I agree with everything else you mentioned.
