I have gone destiny no life the last 2 months and I've gotten like 5 really good drops. We're talking hours of daily play time- I have literally gone off the grid. I have gotten close to a God roll eyesluna,, and 1KYS, and a God roll longbow and some fusion rifle. I think that's it. I don't know the exact percentage, but I would guess 99 out of a 100 drops are immediately dismantled. It's insanely rare to get a good weapon and nearly impossible to get a good roll in year 2. What's up with that Bungie? Honestly the best bet is the gunsmith nowadays.

It's better now than it ever has been! If you want guaranteed rewards there are endgame activities that will give you them (CoE and Raid / Trials and Iron Banner) as well as a high chance of decent rewards from Nightfalls and strikes / patrols. Sure, Crucible may be a bit hit or miss, but it always has been! As a general outlook, I try to not play for the rewards. I play for fun, the rewards are just icing on the cake... it can get frustrating, but only if you play simply to be rewarded for your time. The real reward is enjoyment! ^.^

Somethings up, I ran Oryx Hm twice today: First run x1 rocket launcher. Second run x1 fusion rifle. Definitely not worth it. You dont even wanna know what I got for Nightfall.
