Are Titans a little OP?
Look, I am a main titan, and lately I have seen that the striker titans have been a little overwhelming to titans like me who prefer to use the HoS, any thoughts?

If anything, Defenders are underwhelming, underpowered, and underutilized compared to both Strikers and Sunbreakers..but Strikers are just so much better than either of the others, just because of their super. If I could, I'd change Defenders so that WoD gives the caster invulnerability for a short time after it's destruction. I'd also make the effects of WoD much stronger, decreasing in effectiveness the further you go from your bubble. EDIT: For some reason I read that as Strikers being underwhelming...Oops. But still, Strikers are doing their roll well if you as a Hammer find them overwhelming. Strikers don't need a nerf, Sunbreakers and Defenders just need a buff..Defenders more so. EDIT 2: I also prefer to use HoS over FoH.

Let's see Hunters:Amazing Jump to surprise people (Bones ;) Gunslinger: Ranged Super, Trip mine Bladedancer: Quickdraw, backstab, skip grenade, healthregen on super. Nightstalker: Wombo Combo, Shadestep, Tether can counter almost all of the supers. Warlocks: Floofing in the doorway Sunsinger: Trash mostly... maybe 2x fusions if you're good. Shield on melee maybe. Class is still shit. Voidwalker: Great grenades with exotic armor. Health regen on melee hit is GRAZY. Nova bomb can counter anything and clear the heavy ammo. Stormcaller: Best melee in the game. Super is guaranteed 7th Column x2. Titans: I'm fast af boiiii (Skating) Striker: Shoulder Charge or Juggernaut. Panic smash thst can counter anything. Best grenade in the game: lighting grenade. Melee almost 1 hits. Defender: Fun Police. No Back Up Plans. Weapons bubble ;) 1hk. Sunbreaker: Roaming Super. Good nades and melee. Healthregen on everything. 10 답변They're not, hunter mains are just complaining they got their 'nades nerfed, that's all really, they say they got "nerfed to the ground" I say bs, Sunbrakers really did get nerfed to the ground to the point where almost no one used that class, strikers have always been the same like defenders, but as always there's the bandwagon players who just go for the "meta" instead of sticking to one class, that's why you see more titans now a days, hunters still kick ass its just that the bandwagon players have to switch to another class cause they can't stick to one class. That's the problem with destiny recently players don't stick to their classes, they just care about K/D, but bungie created this problem and ruined the balance of the game completely with the nerfing, and honestly I believe bungie has no -blam!-ing idea of how to balance, they apply nerfs and buffs in controlled environments, and there they seem to work just fine but its a completely different story when they release it on the actual game, that's why the so called "balancing" is complete crap.

1 답변This is true, but still, I equipped suncharge the other day, and my friend who is a warlock, jumped when i popped HoS, so I sun charged him, I heard my hammer hit him, but he easily shotgunned me. I personally think they hit Sunbreakers a little too hard.

Coming from a warlock: If titans were OP it would mean that less skilled people would be able to get an higher k/d just by using them.......this is not the case, hell according to the crucible teams stats having a striker in your team gives you a greater chance to lose and they go barely positive. [spoiler]source: crucible team on crucible radio[/spoiler] [spoiler]there are plenty of people who obviously dont barely go positive on strikers(like me) but this is about all of them in total [/spoiler]
