The Value of Feedback
Sorry but DeeJ literally said on stream that our feedback is anecdotal, care to explain that?
Also
Now, you may be asking "Why don't you give us regular reports of the status of our requests?"
It can be complicated to comment on development work until an update or a hot fix is certified and ready to go. Game design is too turbulent to support public promises. Early ideas and plans are like sea turtles hatching on the beach. Many of them will never find their way to the sea. If there is a good idea on the forum, odds are it may have lived and died on one of our whiteboards. Or, it could even be in some stage of development. The best promises we can make about these things come in the form of patch notes – once they’ve made it into the water.
But why don't you at least tell us how things work right now? We still don't know how matchmaking works, as one example. THIS is how the Overwatch devs respond to their questions on it, how come every time we hear anything on matchmaking it's "we tweaked some things and things should change" and that's it? That isn't enough.
Anecdotal feedback != feedback is anecdotal. Subtly difference.
EDIT: Also, that dev post literally says nothing that people familiar with matchmaking systems don't already know.
