Who let the unicorns in?
After getting wrecked in the crucible in year one (didn't play it much/hated using thorn) to the point that my K/D was ruined, I decided around the time of the April update to git gud.
I have brought my K/D up from a .83, and today finally hit a 1.00
It's taken a long time to do. Hours and hours in the crucible. I had 4 months to fix over a years worth of damage. So many clutch plays, kill streaks, multi kills. And i finally did it.
[spoiler]I know that a lot of people won't care, or will bash me and say that I'm bad. It just feels good to finally have a positive K/D [/spoiler]
Mandatory edit1: for trending and having over 100 replies
Second mandatory edit3: We broke 200 replies
Edit 5: we broke 400 replies and we're still trending
Edit 6: we broke 500 replies

Good for you ! Once upon a time you would have to drag me kicking and screaming into the crucible . Shotguns? I would have better luck killing them with it if I threw it at them. But. I threw myself into it one weekend and now I looove the crucible. So hells yeah! Congrats.

my overall kd was a 1.01 across all characters only a few months ago and towards the end of HoW and it dropped to .96 after I came back in April now its back to 1.00 overall (warlock kd is holding me back tht acc is irreleveant doesnt represent my true kd)

Congratulations! I hated PVP year 1 and sucked! Then due to Bungie deciding PVP rules and kicking PVE to the curb I stopped playing in December. March/April I came back, moved to leveling my Warlock and started playing PVP. I was improving slowly and had a friends giving me pointers left and right. Finally found a weapon setup that worked and moved from .5 to 1.0 which had me very excited! Unfortunately I have dropped to .9 running the Mountaintop Questline so now that that is complete it is time to get back to 1.0! PVP is a blast!
