What's that elusive item that just ain't dropping for you?

I can't for the life of me get the Hanged man DO shader, I have Bittersteel, the Revenant and all the emblems but it just won't drop.
I thought the Colovance's duty would prove elusive for me, because I've had 1 win out of 7 matches (i think). It dropped on my 2nd game with a very good roll, (outlaw, explosive rounds and life support) but terrible scopes; Truesight and Ranged lens. Only the 1rst one is actually useful. Check it out on my Hunter if you want.
Edit: Wow this blew up! I started off trying to comment/like each one but now with 1000 + (my goodness!) last time i checked, i don't think i can! Wish you all luck in getting your loops, LDR's, Lonbow's, cruxes, luna's, jade rabbits, etc.
RIP me, 150+ Taniks farming kills on top of 66 normal kills. Not a single cloak. All various 6 of my farming seperate teammates have theirs.
EDIT: If anyones still here, i got a Taniks cloak on my titan after all that farming, AND THE HANGED MAN! It doesn't seem like much to all you guys, but i'm nearly rank 25 DO, and nearly got that exotic cloak, hyped!

There are a few items that I never get, but I don't feel like I'm as big a slave to RNG as year one. In year two, I'd "like" to get a full set of spektar faction gear, I'd "like" to get a longbow, or an eyasluna with a good roll, or a great rapier. In year one, you "had" to get a gjallahorn and icebreaker if you wanted to be invited to endgame content. You "had" to use fatebringer or VoC for everything. I love year one weapons and I miss their specialness, but RNG screwed people over for months because of it.
