Hello Guardians. I'd like to discuss something that I'm very concerd about and that is micro transactions in Destiny. I feel like things are getting out of hand on this department. It just screams Pay To Win, and let's not forget that Destiny's publisher is the big daddy, Activision. Activsion is known for all of is micro transaction bullshit, most noticeably with Call Of Duty Black Ops 3, and it's only a matter of time until the same thing happens to Destiny and we have to pay to get a remote chance of receiving a weapon!
In the embbeded video I go in-depth on the topic at hand and discuss the issue that should be resolved as fast as possible to prevent it from changing the state of the game any further.
Please let me know what your stance is in regards to this issue by commenting down below.
Thank you for your attention Guardians.
May the Traveler be with you to Kick Oryx's Ass !!

Good job getting views for your channel Pay to win means you have to literally pay to be able to win. So you buy silver to what possibly get a rep booster that will give you a chance to get a weapon. Or armor, 9 out of 10 times its shit rolls. I get everything Ppl buying silver get. Except emotes. And a racing book.

Until level advantages are added to all crucible modes, and I'm able to buy a hardly obtainable top-tier weapon that can COMPLETELY control every match because it's so over powered, no, this game won't be pay to win. What I described is pay to win.

2 답변Haha black ops 3??? you mean the boxes you can also earn in game??? Haha out of all the games with micro transactions you pick the one that you can play the game and earn the same shit...if anything destiny is worse because there isnt a way to earn silver by playing the game...

2 답변No, because you can get rep boosters out of normal crucible / vanguard / hoj packages, so they are attainable without silver...

1 답변Ya know, WOW is part of Activision too, for a long time too, still not p2w. In fact, if they went p2w they will sink; people in the Western market HATE p2w. In Asia why not, they like it for some reason, not here.

1 답변Even with sterling treasure there is no guarantee that you will get a rep booster of any kind. In the last few weeks I've gotten one vanguard booster and like 7 house boosters. I get more boosters from regular packages than sterling treasure and boosters are the only thing close to being P2W and with them you still have to grind. So in the end destiny is no where near pay to win.

Now if the only access to the weapons and if the weapons were grasp of malice doctrine of passing and the last word i would agree. Is basically pay to speed grind. I'm already pretty fast with these new heroic strikes so who needs a booster

It would be PTW if it werent booster but consumables that immediatley give you a free package You have to work for your packages but its faster with the booster If you play in a fireteam everybody uses a booster from time to time and because you have a good chance of receiving one from the package you wont have trouble with not having any of them
