Legendary Marks not being rewarded
I have done the daily story mission and the designated crucible matches, but I have not gotten any legendary marks and nor has my friend. Is this a bug?

No. A bug is something that is easily fixed in a timely manner. This has been going on for months, so LMs not being rewarded as promised in the mission summary should now be referred to as what it actually is - poor coding and customer deception by Bungie.
