Trials team begged for a free win
During our 7th win last night on a card, my fireteam received a message from a player on the opposing team during the game. We didn't read it until after our match, but we had a good laugh after handing out a 5-1 stomping. The opposing team begged us to give them a win because one of their players had never been flawless. They weren't even on their 9th win attempt and they were begging! It's pathetic how low people will stoop to go flawless!

I'm a good trials player and I have never been to the lighthouse and 4 damn sure I will never ask 4 a free win or a F*****g streamer to carry me that's pathetic, trials of Osiris is for the best PvP players not for people that can only get kills with their supers, it's crazy how people are that need this kind of stuff. PATHETIC!!!

I get messages like that all the time. Those messages are selfish in my opinion. People are trying their best, putting on their best tryhard pants to prove they can get 9-0, and you want them to give that up and restart just so you can go for now work? That's a bit of an insult. So yea, we crush those teams too.

2 답변To all the people who are mad at op: I don't blame him for not giving the other team a win. Why should he waste a loss on his card for another team that wasn't good enough to go flawless without begging. That and they were on the 7th win. They would have probably lost on the 8 or 9th match on the card, making op's sacrifice meaningless. It would be different if it was on the flawless match, (if op has been flawless before).

This happened to me before. We got a message from the other team saying that they are 1 win away from flawless and they want us to give them a free win. Me and another teamate didn't want to but the other one said yes and joined their party and kept dieing on purpose.

Well, I can't necessarily condemn you for laughing at their message. Context matters and the fact that you looked at it after you already won adds a bit of irony as well. However, I disagree with messages like that. Trials is intended to be for the best players. I understand why player will carry other players but if I can't contribute in a manner that helps my team then I refuse to ever let myself be carried. I have not been to the lighthouse and if I get there, I believe I would enjoy it less knowing that I didn't get there on some of my own merit. I suck at 3v3 by the way. Oh, I like your avatar.

5 답변My friend paid someone to carry and they lost on the 7 win. He lost his money and didn't get to the lighthouse.
