Wife got me a PS4. :)
Well... thanks to the wife, it looks like my adventure will continue.
We don't have much money, and i've been preparing to retire from console gaming (and probably gaming all together). So the wife (who also plays destiny) has been scheming to aquire a PS4 to support my hobby. Yesterday she delivered, it was very surprising, confusing, and quite shocking. She had really busted her ass sneaking around and saving money. She also creeps on my forum posts, and she's sleeping. So hop in here married gamers and tell your stories (or just let my ol' lady know how badass she is for doing this for me, she will definately read this at some point today)

That's awesome. My wife drove across the state in a blizzard to get mine. She's not a gamer but she knew I wanted one and kept putting it off for life's financial problems that always seem to pop up. I had saved for one 4 or 5 different times and gave it up to bills or family in need. She then decided I needed one and they were out everywhere except a Wal Mart in a town about 3 hours drive one way. When she left there were a few flakes and 6 hours later when she returned it was one of the worst blizzards in a while. I was worried with no clue as to where she had gone and she got the PS4 out and surprised me with it. She has never complained about Destiny to me and was always cool when I used to raid a lot before my friends/clan quit. So I know how you feel and am too blessed with an understanding and patient wife. Im glad to hear that there are other relationships out there where gaming is not detrimental. Hope your drops are great and your light is strong brother. See you starside.
