If you think shoulder charge is op, go play a different game.
Striker is the only class with a 1hk ability, BUT
-Nightstalkers are the only ones with an evade that cancels tracking
-Sunsingers are the only ones who can self resurrect
-Defenders are the only ones with a grenade that cancels abilities
-Bladedancers are the only ones with built-in quickdraw
I could go on, but you get the point.
Every class is unique. That's why we have so many subclasses.
If you die from a shoulder charge, you got outplayed.
Adapt to it, or go play as a Striker.
The End
Before you check my stats and see what class I main, I play all three equally. I'm not defending my "crutch." I'm defending the game I love to play. Please don't ruin it for everybody by being a crybaby.
We better nerd QuickDraw because it's dropping people around the map. Blade dancer is based around passive abilities. While shoulder charge is not by any means op, I do believe it could use a little tweaking. The fact is is that shoulder charge is great for killing someone from around the corner and at close range. The problem is that a lot of destiny so maps are close range. It would be nice if the auto-aim of shoulder charge was reduced and so that way it wasn't so quick to use. I would say spam able but that doesn't seem like the proper word to use here. The main problem I had with this post is that you make a lot of comparison to things that may seem op but in fact are not accurate comparisons. You do t see quick draw or suppressor grenades one-hitting people. The main problem I believe people have with shoulder charge is that it is a one hit melee but while every class has a one hit melee, shoulder charge doesn't have a cooldown and it isn't as bugged as backstab.

1 답변Storm callers have a 1hk melee if they utilize the perk that incoming melee damage recharges and intensifies your melee.

1 답변I agree with you totally. Each subclass should have a unique and powerful ability to attract players to use that subclass. But what I don't understand is why people are complaining now. It's almost year 3 of destiny people, what is the point of complaining now.

5 답변You don't understand really. Each of these have worthy counterparts. With shoulder charge, it's a one hit kill melee which doesn't need a melee charge. Unless you're running shotgun and want juggernaut or like having your super lots and go unstoppable, it's the only choice. Quick draw is against faster running speed and more invisibility time. Shadestep is against marking your targets, making your radar much better at tracking things and moving faster when sprinting and crouching. Self res nerfs your radiance against a longer radiance and radiance with armour or longer radiance and it buffs your allies. But with shoulder charge, there's no contest unless, as I said, you use a shotgun and want juggernaut or don't want to be killed by a sniper or you like having max armour. It's like picking between having food prepared by a crack addict, food prepared by a guy who has no natural senses and food prepared by Gordon Ramsay. What you gunna pick!?

1 답변Storm callers are the only one who can use their super to kill on activation, then travel the map and kill with the super

Every class does have several unique perks. The number of nerf posts are getting ridiculous. Warlocks and Titans can survive shoulder charge with the right setup anyway. And Hunters have QuickDraw, shade step, and throwing knives. Those abilities can be used to shutdown shoulder charge easily. I rarely die to shoulder charge. If I do, I got outplayed or flanked. It's not OP. Hunters still have the highest K/D class.

1 답변I`m absolutely with you,but i think this is going to be my last banner with my good old striker wich i have since day 1. It`s probadly going to get nerfed....it was a nice time......but after this we can put the striker just next to the sunbreaker 6 foot deep. I hope in destiny 2 these nerfherders going to poke each other with shitsticks maybe that is not op

3 답변Are you ignorant or stupid? Hunters have a one hit kill melee. Khepri's sting+stab from behind=kill. Backstab=kill.

5 답변People will moan until all uniqueness is gone from the game. They will then moan that the game is no longer unique. There is no way to please those types of people.

1 답변You're exactly right, but unfortunately you're wasting effort. The Destiny community is *awful*, (as you're probably experiencing right now with replies). Props for trying, Guardian
