Why people think striker is op all of a sudden
I main hunter and people all over the forums are complaining how op strikers are. I find this ironic because strikers are relatively the same since launch. Guardians (especially my fellow hunters) are bitching about how op shoulder charge and FoH, only because they have saltyness left over from the last nerf. So on behalf of all hunters; I apologize if we bitch more often than usual. And we can't help it that something in our brain called the frontal bitch lobe is working over time.

I agree with you. Don't think Titans have changed much at all, but I imagine the outer area of the blast radius from FoH now kills with the damage buff whereas it may have been escapable. This just means you have to be quicker in trying to escape it if possible. I don't think this is unbalanced though.

Everyone bitches about every other class. The only subclass that needed a proper Nerf (I feel) were the Titans sunbreaker (at its peak). And bladedancer needed one too at its peak. And I main a hunter. Bladedancer was my favorite. Now it's completely useless. Anyway my point is that everyone bitches until they have the slight advantage and then they call everyone salty. Honestly the warlock is in a pretty good spot rn (besides sunsinger) and the Titans are shit rn besides striker. And hunters? Only effective class is nightstalker. I use bladedancer for shits and giggles. Anyway. Everybody needs to stop but bitching about advantage and look at how advantages should be countered or raise the advantages equally so nobody has one.

2 답변I don't see any problems with Fist of Havoc. It does get annoying when they use it as a panic super, but overall, it's not OP. Shoulder charge would be fine if it wasn't as agile. You can stop running and turn around 2 and still have you're charge. If you're useing shoulder charge, it should lower you turn radius while running and instantly dissipate when not running or hovering at top speed.

It's simple really, when they nerf other subclasses people fell the it elevates, rather it devalues other subclasses. So others now feel strikers have an unfair advantage. I just wish people would take the time to figure out the nuances of the recently "nerfed" subclasses before complaining about others.

4 답변People said the same thing about MIDA. It's the same as Y1. It's not OP. But it still got the nerf. Fact is, when a rebalance occurs, the balance shifts. So while Striker Titans might be the same as in Y1, the majority of the other classes aren't and the class that didn't change will have a spotlight on it. In this case, with a nerf to throwing knives and trip mines, the balance naturally shifts in favor to shoulder charge and lightning grenades. The spotlight is shone. And at this point, it's obvious that Bungie loves to nerf things that are popular. So I can easily see them showing a graph of the Striker subclass and talking about how lots of players have the shoulder charge and lightning grenade nodes selected and how this justifies a nerf. On the plus side, they'll probably buff other grenades and melees, but it still doesn't change the fact that they nerf things based on how popular they are. At the end of the day though, blame Bungie, not the players. Players might complain, but Bungie has the last word. And we all know what Bungie does when the last word is involved. That's right, I'm ending this post with a pun.

1 답변I wish Bungie would just get rid of the Hunter class entirely. They don't do anything useful that a Titan or Warlock couldn't do and they're always the first to die because of low armour. Hunters are for wimps who like running away instead of fighting. Like a bunch of hyenas that make a lot of noise but when it's time to walk the walk they suddenly left their balls in the trash can back home
