Why is it that in the news doesnt show up any new news at all?? Most of the time are just big issues but appeareantly it seems that you filter the news however it suits you. And us who reads the news. Its really offensive to go all the way to support to see an apologize about news newer than the news your displaying. Its ok to have issues. This is not about perfect its about having a great time. But your lack of empathy or sympathy at least is very dissapointing. Its ok to announce what has been canceled. Psychologically is easier to overcome anger and dissapointment when it is told practically and efficiently any problems. But when they get frustrated not knowing right away. People tend to digest their anger. Its dissapointing to watch most comments at the forums.
