In no particular order: Wrex, Garrus, Javik. Liara is a super close 4th place probably.
Credit to BW, it was actually sorta hard to pick favorites even though I hate over half of them.

Well maybe not hate, some it's just dislike or indifference. But about half ya. Wrex, Garrus and Javik I really like, obv. Liara and Mordin are pretty cool too. I like Tali and Grunt ok. Legion and EDI are interesting. Which makes 9. Vega is just a dumb dudebro, Kaidan is boring af, Ashley is a moron and an asshole, Kasumi is a retard, her heist plan is by far the worst mission tactic in the entire series, Thane has a few good moments by I don't care about him in general, Jack is a "seemingly strong woman is actually a weak broken wreck" cliché, Miranda's a bitch, Zaeed is just a regular merc character wise, Samara is boring, Morinth isn't much more interesting than her mother, Jacob is also boring af and also an asshole. Which makes 11.
