And bungie will listen and nerf a gun that does not need to be nerfed. This is why the game is turning into a slow paced piece of flower.

It doesn't matter if it is good or bot. Bungo has stated overuse will get anything nerfd. Sometimes things get nerf'd for no good reason at all. The gun is average...too many people using it will mean certain death, however. Thx, pvp...for -blam!-ing this game.

1 답변I disagree with the conclusion. But you are so right about the nerf. People are really hyped on farming them, even me. Which will naturally lead to people being hyped about using them. Which will lead to people being killed by them. Then the crying. Then the nerf. Also the rise in use will reflect in the data. Guaranteed nerf.

Coming from somebody who has used a grasp of Malok for around a month (and has a pretty average roll due to not farming nf for hours) I'll admit it's RoF is good. But before the recent patch it was still beaten by doctrine and similar high RoF autos easily. Now they are nerfed people will use malok exclusively, meaning bungie will nerf it for "diversity" while buffing now underused autos and the cycle will start again :/ Personally I'll use it either way for PVE, unless they make it weaker than Athens epilogue I'll use the gun solely because I prefer it for its stability at high RoF's over a low RoF auto or handcannon

2 답변The architect of that pulse rifle is last sole Survivor of the pulse rifle buff. Bungie will bring it back to 21 crit damage instead of 23 crit
-
I fully expect this to happen. Or even worse, a pulse nerf. If it does it will prove beyond doubt that Bungie has absolutely lost the plot because they 100% made this themselves. Crucible kills by Grasp have gone from <1% to >6% (and climbing) in 3 days. From rank 17 to 1. Yeah, it's a good gun. We get it. I'm actually really disappointed they've done this Omnigul strike because of how easy it is to farm. I'm shit at PvP but the only gun that worked for me was my Grasp with a nice stability roll. I hope this dies down and people go back to using Mida or something.

2 답변Tbh, I can't see how it's gonna avoid the nerf bat. The gun is just very good at all ranges. I'm laughing my ass off while picking off snipers across the map. Most scout rifles struggle to do that haha. It's also damn good in close quarters, it's easy to melt rushers with it. Feels a lil bit cheap to use in all honesty. It's not that it's super cheap, it's the fact it out performs all the other mediocre weapons we're left with. Bungie needs to start buffing underperforming weapons, rather than nerfing the strong ones. That's why there is little variety in guns in pvp. In a sea of shit, people flock and cling on to what gets the job done.

11 답변In my opinion Grasp isn't too powerful I feel like while it is a great archetype a Suros-PDX45 or a Hawksaw will still easily beat it especially a full auto high stability version
-
1 답변I still feel that hawksaw and pdx are more consistent. I have had grasp for a long time with life support braced frame and glass half full. Still use pdx alot more.
