Why cant you just not crutch ?
Why can't you just not run mida. Or the last word. Why can't you think for yourself instead of riding the bandwagon ? Why must you only be willing to play the game if you are putting yourself at the greatest advantage you can by only running the meta load out. ? Hhmmmm lol I think it's funny that people consider themselves good. Then I go look and they run only tkw or mida or all their kills come from shotguns. Lol it's just trash. Stop running meta load outs. Run what you want to run. Not what makes you able to compete.

I hate it too. I like variety in my game. Problem is folks choose guns to stay competitive. They feel like that's the only gun they can win with or the only gun they can compete with. They might like other weapons better, but everyone want to play well. I have a really hard time with the hardcore meta folks. They lock in on one load out every match ever game every time. They get so used to it they can't play without it. Then when their gun or ability gets nerfed cause the whole Crucible herd is using them they rage cause they can't fathom winning without their crutch. I'm all about adaptivity in the Crucible. You got to change your game to match the conditions. Change your load out, switch your sub-class, learn how others play and counter that with your game.

1 답변I did think for myself and ran what I wanted to run. Problem was, that gun (Suros DIS-47) didn't fire fast enough to win gunfights unless I got 2 shots off before they got their shot/burst/spray and pray off. The only way I could compete/tread an even KD was to switch to MIDA (because I don't have a bullet hose and hate TLW).

I love these posts. They show me I'm not the biggest retard on the block. I like to win. I'm sure a lot of other people like to win too. So of course we are going to use weapons that give us the greatest chance of winning. Crazy right?

Midas only powerful because it's not been nerfed to hell. I've used Mida as a crucible weapon since HoW released, and I ain't gonna stop now just because it's one of the few exotics still standing. (I don't use it exclusively, I use GoM now to combat that flooding number of them (fight fire with fire) but I perfer my suros regime above all else)

Secondly, the best guns in the game are... The best guns in the game. Excuse my redundancy. But they are the [b]best[/b] options. Take skill out of the equation. The, "go to" 15 guns (Midas, TLW, DoP, Grasp, Hawksaw, Conspiracy, etc) will get the job done 9/10 times with the least amount of effort based on their initial stats alone. If there were more options that could easily compete, then I believe that we would really start to see some diversity in crucible. That's just my opinion.

3 답변So the point of a competitive game (any form of player vs player is competitive) is to put yourself at a disadvantage? Or in my case I should stop using my mida (been wrecking with it in crucible since I got it week 3 of vanilla) because everyone else flocked to it?
