Guns should be made illegal
Guns have caused nothing but death and destruction. America as a whole would be better of without them.
How would you feel about this situation if a loved one was injured or killed in a gun Incident???
If a baby runs around with scissors we take away the scissors. Why does this same logic not work with guns??
Edit: I stated my opinion respectfuly and I expect you to do the same.
Edit:: I don't remember ever hearing about a mass stabbing or car crash killing 50 human beings. So Please dont use the people will kill people without guns argument.
Edit::: the majority of mass shooting are not criminals. They got their guns legally and shot a bunch of people.
Edit:::: I am not talking about illegal guns and gang violence specifically. Criminals will still find ways to get guns but none of the mass shooter have had criminal records.
Edit::::: the argument that guns are needed to protect me because I can shoot someone that is going to shoot me will only lead to you getting shot faster. If someone had a gun out you would not be able to get yours and shoot them before they see you and shoot you in the spot.

The only people the government would be able to disarm now are the people who have legal, registered weapons. That doesn't include all the illegal guns already on the street. Someone may argue that eventually all the guns could be gone because the gov would crack down on criminals. But this hasn't exactly worked with slavery now has it? America is one of the largest hubs for sex trafficking in the world. Getting rid of the public's weapons doesn't get rid of the bad guys'. [spoiler]Note, I'm all for making weapons more difficult to obtain or having stricter background checks, but disarming the public is overkill.[/spoiler]

Alright alright, so let's say all guns are made illegal, (stupid idea) what are they going to do about the hundreds of millions of guns currently owned? They going to have mass weapon turn ins? Some people might turn their weapons in I will give you that, but I guarantee the majority won't give them up. So then what? You and the rest of anti gun people gonna suit up and attempt to take the guns away? Haha you better bring your own body bag. Or are you going to depend on law enforcement or the military to take away guns for you? You know how many people would die? It would basically start a civil war. How many of those military and le personel do you think would actually be on your side?

America will never have there guns taken away its too late to do that if they were like for instance Australia we've never really had guns we dont need them were fine without them but America have become addicted to the sense of security it provides them because they have always been allowed to have them.
