As a Warlock main I feel for Hunters. They've fundamentally changed the way the most useful Gunslinger grenade works and pretty much nerfed the entire class across the board. I don't even recall that many people complaining about tripmines, except for in Mayhem (which is supposed to be the most ridiculous, unbalanced game mode anyway!). It's not like Viking Funeral. People have been on about that for months. I'm interested to see how the reworked perk performs with Solar Grenades, as I pretty much never use Firebolts.

2 답변I'm going to put on all vanilla gear with no light. I'll be a step ahead of everyone else because everything fun on any character will get nerfed lol. There's a reason why people use something... It's fun and works. Stop ruining EVERYTHING!! If people consistently use something it's for a reason and you should be happy. You don't see Dawn dish soap saying this cuts the grease off pots and pans a little too well. Too many people are purchasing our product, we should probably -blam!- it up a little.

15 답변The idea of the grenade was to be defensive. It could be used offensive with great/ devastating outcome It sticks to players and killing them instantly not only took what the whole purpose of other sticking grenades but also had the original use. Cc c c c. "Trip"mine doesn't mean shove stick in face and go boom.

5 답변Trip mines were really fun, this is why the nerf bothers me. Personally view is a trip mine sticks to a surface whatever surface that may be. However if the decision is that they don't stick to enemies, then surely you need to BUFF the damage so they are at least good as a trap grenade.....

3 답변작성자: Rebellis 6/15/2016 5:25:43 AMI would be ok with the trip mine changes had throwing knife received a buffed, but nerfing both? That's crazy. If shoulder charge can OHK then why not throwing knife? Getting a precision head shot with it takes more risk/skill than other forms of melee attacks.

7 답변Forget the trip mine nerf, screw the bladedancer nerf. It wasn't even needed, BD was the weakest subclass in the game not to mention the one with the most bugs.

2 답변The main complaint that I see it that they can no longer out right kill someone. Well, if you looked at the other classes only fusion and magnetic grenades can, Grenades is just a support ability and is not to out right kill an enemy at full heath it is meant to maim or finish an enemy off that was already damaged. So, therefore trip mine grenades were put on par with every other grenade in the game so what? Get over it.

Were not really sure why since there are a ton of awesome hunter exotic pieces that synergize well with the gunslinger subclass. At any rate, we are removing the trip mines ability to stick to enemy combatants. Its not fair to all the other grenades on the playground that trip mines can do both. Also, simply because we have no clue what were doing and enjoy creating the same problem we attempt to solve, we are lowering the base damage of trip mines by 3%. It just wasn't fair that you could stick someone or throw it on a wall to get a kill 50% of the time, so we've removed both possibilities from the equation. Trip mines should be used as non lethal traps that you have to be responsible enough to babysit for in order to fairly get a kill. Please consider your poor fellow guardians that have equally powerful grenades with ballpark ranges of accuracy and tracking... Trip mines in their current state just aren't fair to them. Everyone else uses tracking and DoT so you should too. On a side note, 1 time out of 1000, a throwing knife headshot can kill a full health minimal armor guardian. Those odds are just too high. The hit box seems legit because some guy on our team, who you'll meet when you check out our awesome new live stream set in a couple months when the rage has died down, said it was. So for shits and giggles were going to reduce the damage. It won't do much of anything but hey we are the same people that call .07% a significant change and 6% a slight tweak. 2 days later... Bungie: Hello guardians. Our forum moderators brought something to our attention. It seems there was some confusion on the trip mine damage reduction and we realized a mistake was made on our end. The damage reduction was actually supposed to be .0003%, not 3% as originally posted. Its a whole long complicated series of events that led to this but basically Bob forgot to put a cover sheet on his TPS report. Unfortunately the 3% was implemented already so in 3 months when we do another update, the correction will be made. We are very sorry for the inconvenience guardians but please remember that all our smart employees bailed a long time ago and all we are left with is Bob. Bob would like to extend a sincere apology and states "Monday details are a bitch..." That is all guardians, bungie out! Ps. For those wondering, we are going to force Bob to work on Saturday. Yeahhh.... Probably gonna need him Sunday too. Also Deej still hasn't found his stapler, all donations for a shiny new orange swingline are gladly being accepted thru eververse trading co.

2 답변Yep, there's a noticeable difference with changes to both the grenades and throwing knife. Guess it's time to go and reinvent play style.......once again.........for the same tired ass -blam!-ing reasons. MIDA, shotguns, trip mines and throwing knives. Wow. Pretty much most of my usual arsenal. Lets not forget heavy and special ammo drop cuts. What the -blam!-. I was one to say "shut up and deal with it" in the past, even though I HATE all of the nerfs. But enough is enough!!! I'm seeing now that a fair amount of the beefs about this have been legit, I don't give a shit what class. Aside from catering to the new players that could never hope to hold up against year ones without all of this watering-down.......what's so great about this constructed middle ground???? Answer: Nothing. How does Bungie want this game played? It's an honest question.

Don't understand why they nerfed tripmines. Before the nerf it did 194 dmg, and even my Hunter could tank a tripmine with full shields if i spec above 50% armor in my stats. Tripmines that were stuck to walls rarely killed anyone unless they were primed with gunfire first. Tripmines stuck to opponents will kill them, but so will magnetic/fusion grenades that have tracking. At least with a tripmine you actually had to aim before you throw. Plus tripmines can be shot off walls or simply run + slide past them. Seriously does bungie even play their own game or is it just a bunch of code monkeys looking at statistics and playtesters playing in a controlled environment? Well whatever it is, we'll adapt.

So true but the fact that it could stick to people win other grenades that stuck to the environment did seem a bit unfair... They stuck better then the blade dancers flux grenade in my opinion..so I'm glad they nerfed them.
