POLL: ALL IN FAVOR OF DROPPING LAST GEN SAY AYE!
I'm not going to lie, they should have initially made Destiny for the current gen consoles back in 2013. From where we are today it's like people who didn't want to buy a Blu-ray player when their DVD player still worked. The current gen consoles have been out for 3 years almost... 3 freaking years! Those systems came out over 10 years ago! Get over it, I ate a pb&j everyday for 3 months straight to save up and buy the PS4. Yes I just bought the PS3 two years before. But I could tell a remarkable difference after playing it on the PS4
For those of you who wish to believe it plays and looks exactly the same check out the video, you will be surprised. I catch myself viewing out into the Cosmodrome all the time. EDIT 2: Thanks again for all the support guys, once again I understand what some people mean by having to change to a new system, buy the same game again. But listen to me and wait until they announce either a system bundle or deluxe edition ROI. It will save you lots of moneys and it will give you some time to save up and decide if sticking with your manufacturer or going to the "other" brand (Ps4 has exclusives 😄) Stay salty guardians and see you all in September!

Yeah... Destiny could have been so much better if it had not been available for last- gen to begin with. Legacy consoles don't have the software to support a lot of Bungie's ideas, so it really effects next gen too. Also, the x360 and PS3 are having their servers shut down next year anyways, so sooner than later I guess.

23 답변This isnt fair, some people, like me cant just go out and afford to buy a brand new xbox one with destiny and all dlc. Thats like $500. There are a lot of people that play 360, like me. And i had to save up for TTK and DLC. Plus its not fair just to favor one console, Bungie should favor them all equally. There is nothing wrong with "last gen" just because there are newer consoles.

4 답변Wow bungie....So I guess -blam!- everyone who dropped a bunch of money on this game on ps3/360, should have know you would be money grubbing douch bags that you wont give us Ps3/360 users the new dlc because last gen is "holding you back." If its holding you back why did you release TTK on last gen? I would think with soooo many players that havent upgraded because we have bills and shit and dont blow our money you would think, hey last gen still has a bunch of people... $30 dlc...thats money, pretty sure your going to lose ALOT of players to this game because of this shit

5 답변If Bungie had made Destiny for only current Gen consoles back in 2013 there would be no issue now but they didn't. They made Destiny for last gen and released DLC for them as well. Bungie should have continued support for last gen right up until Destiny 1 ended in it's entirety because what they have done now is tell last gen players "You want to continue the story? Buy our game all over again and drop £300+ on a new console whilst you're at it." If Bungie intended to drop support for last gen during Destiny 1's life cycle they should have given fair warning to players before they purchased Destiny. They didn't because they wanted to squeeze as much money out of players as possible.

2 답변Old gen should be dropped for D2 not the endgame dlc of Destiny. Its just stupid to take away finishing a game the console you started it on. I'm all for Ps4 for D2 and I dont even own one. But I'm not cool with playing on ps3 this long and not being able to finish. They should just wait.

2 답변I'm happy about this, TTK barely could run on last gen for me. I blame the teleporting -blam!-biscuits known as taken. Whenever a Zealot would appear the frame rate would go from 40fps to 27fps(Idk the actual frame rates but it felt like that) I'm sorry last gen, but you've had three years to upgrade. Stop suckling daddy's tit and get a job.
