Your opinion on Rap music is INVALID if...
You frequently make absolute statements like :
ALL rap is garbage.
ALL rap talks about money, sex, drugs, and violence.
You criticize rap for having hedonistic themes, yet find it completely acceptable for Country, Pop, R&B, and Rock to ALL frequently promote lifestyles of sex, drugs, and partying.
You don't understand that lyrical content is not reflective of a genre.
You make statements like "rap takes no skill because it is just ' talking.'"
You've never actually listened to a rap song from beginning to end.
The only rap you've ever heard has been on the radio, tv, or in a movie.
The only rap you've ever heard has come from one or more of the following artists:
