If D2 fails I think Activision will be forced to give this to another studio. Bungie can make mobile games for the next 7 years to see out their contract. Yes, and they still play minesweeper and solitaire, but there is a whole bunch of servers that need to be paid for and thats not going to happen with just you playing the game and buying silver ever now and then
