(COZMO, LOOK) List of things that Bungie has unnecessarily nerfed as of yet.

From what I've compiled, here is my final list: Gjallarhorn (Double Nerfed with TTK Cut) Black Hammer (Also double nerfed and reborn as an exotic, which was pointless) Ice Breaker (Oh look, another double nerf) Field Scout (Just why?) Elemental Primaries Fate Bringer Hawkmoon (Original) Pocket Infinity Thorn (4th Double nerf) Efrideets Spear Felwinter's Lie Blink (Least atrocious offender here) Corrective Measure Vex (Cut) Necro (Cut, but yes I know it was buffed) Glimmer Consumables Rep Consumables (Kinda fixed) Ammo Capacity (Ties in with Field Scout) Nightfalls (I'm speechless) Weeklies for Strange Coins Mida Final Round PvE in general Supers in PvE Hopscoth Pilgrim Arcbolt Grenade Universal Remote and Plan C Every Single one of these perks: Accelerated Coils: Reduced charge time by 50% Accurized Ballistics: Reduced range and damage bonus by 50% Aggressive Ballistics: Reduced damage bonus by 50%. Increased stability and range penalties by 100% Aggressive Launch: Reduced damage bonus by 50%. Increased stability and projectile speed penalty by 100% Confined Launch: Increased projectile speed penalty by 25%. Reduced stability bonus by 33% CQB Ballistics: Reduced range bonus by 25%. Reduced stability bonus by 33% Enhanced Battery: Reduced magazine bonus by 60% Extended Mag: Reduced magazine bonus by 33% Field Choke: Reduced damage bonus by 50%. Reduced range bonus by 60%. Reduced stability penalty by 20% Field Scout: No longer affects magazine. Reduced inventory bonus by 37% Fitted Stock: Reduced stability bonus by 60% Flared Magwell: Reduced reload bonus by 80% Hammer Forged: Reduced range bonus by 50% Hand Loaded: Reduced range bonus by 50% Hard Launch: Reduced projectile speed bonus by 50% Heavy Payload: Reduced blast radius bonus by 50% Javelin: Reduced projectile speed bonus by 50% Linear Compensator: Reduced damage bonus by 50% Luck in the Chamber: Reduced damage bonus by 3% Perfect Balance: Reduced stability bonus by 40% Send It: Reduced by range bonus 40%. Inventory and equip penalties added Smart Drift Control: Reduced stability bonus by 40%. Reduced range penalty by 33% Smart Drift Control (Rocket Launcher): Reduced stability bonus by 40%. Reduced projectile speed penalty by 33% Smallbore: Reduced stability and range bonuses by 25% Smooth Ballistics: Stability bonus made into penalty. Range penalty is now a bonus. Soft Ballistics: Reduced damage penalty by 50% Soft Launch: Stability bonus made into penalty. Projectile speed penalty is now a bonus. Speed Reload: Reduced reload bonus by 80% Warhead Verniers: Reduced blast radius bonus by 37%. Reduced projectile speed bonus by 60%. Reduced stability penalty by 20% And, like 65% of all Year 1 Content. That being all PvE. Anything you can do about this Cozmo? The most amazing update you could possibly pull right now would be to reverse pretty much EVERYTHING on this list. [u]Added[/u] Sunbreaker Firefly 3oC Xur Queen's Wrath (Vestian Dynasty) Loot Cave (understandable) GIVE US A SIGN. Edit: Holy Shit, I'm popular. Now all I need is Cozmo and I can die in peace.   • The only one here that really bothers me is Hopscotch Pilgrim. I spent probably a good 24 hours total grinding for that gun in particular and they nerfed it a week or so later.

  • Bungie = Fun Police, at least when it comes to PvE. PvE used to be SOOOO much more fun in Year 1. Your Guardian felt powerful and you felt well rewarding for beating the raids and earning those weapons/gear. Was there a more satisfying weapon load-out to run than Fatebringer/Black Hammer/Ghorn? Fun times. They have practically nerfed almost every aspect of PvE. Every one of them just makes the game slightly less fun. Most of those were caused due to PvP balancing, which makes it even sadder.

      • Just to clear some misunderstandings here: [b][u]No weapon has ever been nerfed only because few people asked for a nerf[/u][/b] Nerfs are done for two reasons, but both lead to the same result. A weapon is seen as the only option for a certain activity/activities. This is happening because the weapon has too much power, so a nerf is needed. This situation usually happens for PvE centered weapons (BH, Ghorn) A weapon clearly dominates other weapons in areas it should not beat those weapons. This is caused by the weapon being too powerful. So a nerf is needed to bring it to its place. This usually happens to PvP centered weapons (Thorn, High impact shotguns, some abilities like blink) Both events result in a more varied experience, if the nerf is done correctly.

Professional: I have reviewed the stats on the scout rifles and they are too powerful for other weapons to compete with, therefor may need a slight decrease in damage. Bungie: We heard the feedback and we are nerfing all auto rifle damage by 10% and increasing recoil on all Pulse Rifles. And now heres our Community Focus Bungie: Hey billy what would you like to see in destiny? Billy : I would like custom matches because i like to be custom , custom matches are life , custom matches help me go to sleep at night , custom matches are yummy , did i mention custom matches.

            • You forgot sparrows they nerfed them just before SRL. Also Nothing Manacles but they got un-nerfed. You might be able to make another list for that category.

            • Orb of light generation. Used to be able to make 1 per enemy with any super and now it's 1 per 2 enemies depending on the super. Not a huge deal, but I was noticeable when TTK dropped.

            • most of the things at the top of the list were given specific reasons for why they were changed. for instance, if black spindle had infinite crit shots, then it would completely dominate any other build, like 1k stare and sleeper, and effectively break kings fall. thorn was nerfed (again) because. people were using it in YEAR 2 activities. they provided a reason for why gjallarhorn was nerfed, but never mentioned why they didn't return it to year 2 which in all honesty bothers me. elemental primaries were left behind because they believed that they would dominate your primary slot. oh but wait, why isn't everybody using zhalo???? not having fatebringer back doesn't bother me as much as other people becuase i literally have 2 imago loops with firefly and outlaw, but that doesn't speak out as well as the other 99.9999% of people who play this game
