Should TLW be buffed?
Let's be clear, who actually uses Hip Fire anymore? Here's the 2 main problems with this perk
1. Not Accurate as before. Does anyone feel like you can not reliably hit shots up close? Especially headshots?
2. Brutal Damage drop-off. The extra 20% damage boost while hip firing helped counter the very low range. Now since that is completely removed it made the range even worse. You [b]have[/b] to ADS now, which is the complete opposite of what Bungie had intended for this gun.
Should the exotic perk be buffed? I'm not saying to revert it back to the original 20% boost but maybe half and extend damage fall off cap by a small amount. Remove phantom bullets all together in the Handcannon weapon type?

1 답변The that got me pissed off is that it should be able to punish shotgun users but I don't feel like a shotgun punisher for using that weapon

11 답변작성자: Powerath 5/15/2016 1:32:29 AMThe Last Word was never OP in Year Two. I honestly never understood why people complained about it so much. It's so easy to counter. I'm just glad that not many people use it now because I can use it. I like to use Last Word when other people aren't. The Last Word is fine for me when I have good connection. Pulse rifles are clearly dominant again. I guess people just prefer passive gameplay instead of the aggressive gameplay that Last Word presented.

2 답변No. The two shot headshot was annoying and broken. Its a full auto handcannon with thebhighest rate of fire, basically an auto rifle. It is very good for close encounters, which is what it was designed for.

5 답변I'm personally OK with them dumping TLW into the trash. Was one of the biggest crutch weapons, I mean it did require some practice to get use to it. But the fact it had the ability to 2 shot you? And it's range was same if not better than autos? But anywho, yeah it's been very "hit or miss"

Hella to tha naw. Hell no. -blam!- that. It does 50 to the body at full auto. Machine guns do 45-65 per headshot. Best part about the last word? You get a buff for not aiming it. Everyone bitching clearly doesn't realize that you have to aim first, then hip fire for the gun to be effective now

2 답변It's actually the most balanced it has ever been, it actually works in it's intented range. Last word should have never been usable outside of close range.
